INDIAN MEDIATION CONGRESS 2023 brought together eminent mediators, legal luminaries and scholars from different parts of India and abroad, thus marking a significant milestone in the mediation landscape of our country. It set a high benchmark with its engaging sessions, insightful discussions and active participation of the eminent personalities like Justice A Muhammed Mustaq (Acting Chief Justice, Kerala High Court of Kerala), Justice K. Ramakrishnan (Former Judge, High Court of Kerala & Retired Judicial Member, National Green Tribual), Shri. Shamnad S. (Hon’ble Sub Judge & DLSA Secretary, Thiruvananthapuram), Shri. K.S.Sarma (Mediator, Arbitrator and Skills Trainer), Smt. Manjira Venkatesh (Mediator Trainer, Hyderabad), and eminent mediator trainers across Kerala.
